To help subscribers better use Nymity's online compliance solution, Nymity has changed the color scheme, added training instructions, a user guide, a new home page and changed the name of the Research Tools to Reference Research (formally Find the References), Rules Research (formally Know the Rules) and Risks/Controls Research (formally Manage the Risk).  Training webinars are now available.  Also, Nymity has added the following software tools:

	Accountability Reporting Some organizations find it advantageous to report the status of their privacy program to internal stakeholders, such as senior management and operational units, and in some cases, to external stakeholders such as regulators/DPAs/AGs/Commissioners or business partners.
	Newsletter Generator Often organizations want to create a cost-effective awareness program to help keep employees engage in privacy, in touch with issues and to reinforce policy.  Ultimately, their goal is to create a privacy awareness program that results in a culture of privacy.

Terms and Conditions Addendum

There are no changes to the Terms and Conditions that impact the current tools that you have purchased. Nymity is adding new modules and if your organization elects to use these tools you would be subject to the addendum to the Terms and Conditions that cover those new tools (please copy and paste the link into your browser to read the addendum: http://nymity.com/LegalNotice.aspx#addendum).

Companies should know that they are submitting confidential information to Nymity if they elect to use the Accountability Reporting Tool. Such information is used in an aggregated form to generate industry averages and Nymity's software does not have the capacity of providing access to individual organizational data. Use of this tool is entirely optional and governed by the new Terms and Conditions.
